V26-281 : MEMBERS' ALLOWANCES 1997/98 - PUBLICATION
The report of the Director of Central Services provided a schedule containing the information required by Statutory Instrument 1995 No. 553 "The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (Amendment) Regulations 1995" showing the total sum paid by the Council under its Members' Allowances Scheme to each member in 1997/98. The inclusion of the report on the open part of the agenda met the requirements to publish the information within the Council's area.
RESOLVED
That the report on members' allowances be approved in satisfaction of the publication requirements.
