V26-276 : FINANCIAL SERVICES VOLUNTARY COMPETITIVE TENDERING

The report of the Director of Central Services set out the timetable and progress to date in preparing for the Financial Services voluntary competitive tendering process.

Notice had been given of the contract and to date, seven companies had expressed an interest, in addition to the in-house team. A shortlist would be prepared of those considered capable of providing the service for determination by this Sub-Committee at the next meeting. The next stage would be to determine the tender evaluation criteria and to set up an evaluation panel to award the contract.

RECOMMENDED

That the progress report on the Financial Services Voluntary Competitive tendering be received, and the proposals for inviting and evaluating the tenders be approved.
