V26-247 : 44 SOUTHWELL ROAD, LOWESTOFT - UNTIDY LAND

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that the Council had received complaints with regard to the condition of the above vacant property. The Director considered it necessary to serve an untidy land notice on the owner of the property.

RESOLVED

That the Chief Executive be authorised to serve an Untidy Land Notice under Section 215 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1991 requiring the owner of 44 Southwell Road to clear and tidy the property and undertake repairs, and to take all necessary action to ensure compliance.
