V26-246 : W12020/4 - 1A MEADOW ROAD, OULTON

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that an application to regularise an existing enlargement of the domestic rear garden into the communal rear courtyard which served as access, parking and turning area for the above and three other houses fronting Oulton Street had been refused at minute V25/1258. An enforcement notice was also authorised and had been served.

The applicants were now prepared to alter the fence to create a car space and to splay the section of fence fronting Meadow road to restore a little of the lost visibility. The Director felt that the enforcement notice could therefore be withdrawn upon the above work being carried out.

Members requested a site meeting before deciding whether or not to withdraw the enforcement notice on the above site.

RESOLVED

That a site meeting be held at the location of application W12020/4.
