Application for non-illuminated free standing advertising board.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the above advertising board was large and difficult to read, and had replaced an original discreet and appropriate sign similar to that at the southern end of the site. The Director recommended that the application should be refused and enforced.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be refused to application A/W854, and that the Chief Executive be authorised to take all pursuant action to ensure compliance.
