Application for construction of site manager's bungalow and garage, approval of details W16870.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the Rural Planning Sub- Committee had given permission for a manager's bungalow on the above site. The application had included a large garage which would be obtrusive to the neighbour's outlook, however negotiation had resulted in a re-siting of the garage and the recommendation of the Director was therefore for approval.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W16870/1.
