Application for conversion of agricultural building to ancillary residential, renewal of consent W13327/1.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the above conversion had originally been approved on compassionate grounds which no longer applied. The new proposal was effectively an independent dwelling within the curtilage of the above site. Neighbours had objected, and the Director recommended refusal and enforcement.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be refused to application W13327/2, and that the Chief Executive be authorised to take all pursuant action to ensure compliance.
