Application for first floor extension.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the above property already had a very large extension at the rear, and that the current proposal was to add a first floor extension on stilts over the garden. The neighbour had objected, although this was not sustainable as existing walls would enclose the extension, and the Director recommended approval.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W17066.
