V26-238 : W13577/3 - LAND OFF SAXONS WAY, HALESWORTH
Application for formation of new access.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that there were access problems to the above site, and the applicant wished to create a new access onto a major relief road. The Town Council and Highway Authority were against the application, and the Director recommended refusal on grounds of highway safety and the impact on the amenity of the area.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W13577/3.
