V26-237 : W7348/9 - LAND AT NORWICH ROAD, HALESWORTH
Application for change of use from vacant land to vehicle standing area. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the car display area at the above site had been gradually moving towards the adjacent warehouse and beyond, and that enforcement of this unauthorised use had been previously authorised. The current application was to regularise that use, but the Director felt that the vehicles dominated an entrance to the town and recommended refusal.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W7348/9.
