Application for listed building consent for erection of a conservatory.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this property looked out over the Waveney Valley and Puddingmoor. The proposed conservatory was a modest building, however it would protrude slightly and feature in an important view in the area. Attempts had been made to change the application to a lean-to design, however the applicant wished the existing application to go ahead. The Director recommended refusal.

RESOLVED

That listed building consent be refused to application W10572/2.
