Application for front extension.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the above property was a detached bungalow with a kitchen wing flush with the neighbour. The proposal was to bring out the whole of the bungalow to halfway along the length of the kitchen extension. The proposal was a modest extension which would not have any adverse effect on the neighbour, although he had objected, and the Director recommended approval.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W8968/3.
