Application for first floor and single storey extensions.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this was a detached property in a quiet cul-de-sac. A previous proposal had been refused on the grounds of appearance in the street scene, as it would have created a terracing effect with the neighbouring property. The latest proposal was on the other side of the property, above the garage and would have no adverse effect on neighbours or the street scene. The Director recommended approval. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W11751/5.
