V26-231 : A/W36/1 - LOWESTOFT RAILWAY STATION, STATION SQUARE, LOWESTOFT
Application for erection of advertising panel with fencing either side. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this site was now an unused part of the station building, immediately adjacent to the A12. The proposal would be seriously detrimental to the appearance of the station building and amenity of the town centre, and he recommended refusal.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application A/W36/1.
