Application for erection of fencing and advertising panels.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that, although having the benefit of shielding a particularly open area of waste ground, there was a likelihood that the proposed hoardings would create a traffic hazard, and he therefore recommended refusal of the applications.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to applications W11712/13 and A/W852.
