Application for environmental improvements.

These two applications were considered together as they referred to the same site.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the above proposals comprised re-paving of the area with York stone and provision of bollards and other traffic calming measures. He recommended approval to these improvements.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4 (5) of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976, listed building consent and planning permission be granted to applications W14922/2 and W14922/1 respectively.
