Application for first floor and garage extension.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the above proposal was to extend an existing garage forward and construct a first floor extension above the entire ground floor. There would be little adverse effect on the neighbour due to vegetation screening and no significant windows on that side of the extension. The view of the extension from the back garden would, however, be more dominant and negotiation had resulted in the removal of part of the extension. The Director recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W17057.
