Application for single storey front extension.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the above property was a detached Georgian style dwelling set within a cul-de-sac of similar style housing. The proposal was to erect a single storey front extension to provide an enlarged hall, WC and study. The extension would have no adverse impact on neighbouring properties or radically change the nature of the street scene, although objections had been received from several residents of Hillside Gardens. The Director recommended approval.

That planning permission be granted to application W17077.
