Application for extension to hall and provision of car parking.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the proposed extension to Oulton Community Centre would be largely hidden by the existing hall, and would be similar in appearance to the existing hall. However, the proposed car parking area was not large enough, and the Director recommended a site meeting to examine the access, parking and design.
RESOLVED
That a site meeting be held at the location of application W63/5
