V26-19 : LOWESTOFT COMMUNITY AFFAIRS COMMITTEE
The Chief Executive advised that due to the infrequency of needing to call meetings of the Lowestoft Community Affairs Committee, any matter requiring the attention of that Committee during the year could well be dealt with by the Chairman of the Lowestoft Charter Trustees, thus obviating the need to elect a Lowestoft Community Affairs Committee for 1998/99.
RESOLVED
That no Lowestoft Community Affairs Committee be appointed for 1998/99, and that the Chairman of the Lowestoft Charter Trustees decide upon any matters which may arise during the year which would normally appear before that Committee.
