V26-185 : WATER METER REQUEST
The Sub-Committee approved the request of a tenant for the installation of a water meter in a one-bedroomed flat, as the tenant's disability and the likelihood of future occupation of the elderly was considered as exceptional circumstances. (Para. 3)
