V26-165 : LETTINGS POLICY REVIEW

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services reviewed the Council's Lettings Policy and recommended necessary amendments. The Policy had been adopted in April 1997, influenced by the requirements of the Housing Act 1996, and at the time it was agreed to review the Policy after a year in operation.

RESOLVED

That the amendments to the Council's Lettings Policy at paragraphs 3.4.6, 3.5.2, 3.6, 4.2, 4.10, 4.22.1, 4.25.1, 4.26.1 and 8.3.1(h) as recommended in the report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services be approved and the revised Policy be adopted from 1 July 1998.
