V26-162 : WORKING PARTIES

RESOLVED

1. That the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Committee and Councillors Crisp, Robertson and Spoor be appointed to the Housing Management CCT Working Party for 1998/99.

2. That the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Committee and Councillors Blowers, Cherry, Chipperfield, Coward, Crisp, Goldsmith, Jones, Robertson, Rodgers and Whatling be appointed to the Housing Benefits Review Board, the Homelessness Review Board and the Introductory Tenancy Review Board for 1998/99.

3. That Mr. John Riches be appointed as the Independent Chairman of the Housing Benefits Review Board, the Homelessness Review Board and the Introductory Tenancy Review Board for 1998/99.

4. That in accordance with the decision made at V25-705 business at any meeting of the Housing Benefits Review Board, the Homelessness Review Board and the Introductory Tenancy Review Board shall not be transacted unless at least three of the 12 members appointed at resolution two above and the Independent Chairman are present.
