V26-1469 : CHILDCARE STRATEGY FOR SUFFOLK

The report of the Director of Central Services updated members on the progress made in developing the above Strategy, and outlined the basic findings of the Suffolk Childcare Audit in respect of Waveney.

RESOLVED

1. That the report of the Director of Central Services on the Childcare Strategy for Suffolk be received.

2. That Town and Parish Councils and Tenant and Resident Associations be asked to put forward proposals for developing shortfalls in childcare provision in their areas.

3. That a further report be presented to the Committee detailing the proposals received with a view to prioritising them
