V26-1461 : REYDON BUSINESS PARK

The report of the Chief Executive proposed an increase in the size of the development of the Reydon Business Park by one unit in order to reach the minimum threshold allowance for funding from English Partnerships.

The capital cost of the new larger development to the Council was £102,150, and this would need to be accommodated in the 1999/2000 Other Services Capital Programme.

RECOMMENDED

That a second phase of five factory units be constructed at Reydon Business Park subject to funding being available from the Council's capital programme, English Partnerships and Europe in 1999/2000.
