V26-1459 : SPONSORSHIP OF LOWESTOFT ENTERPRISE TRUST
The report of the Chief Executive provided an update of the achievements of the Lowestoft Enterprise Trust, which the Council had sponsored for two years at £3,000 per annum. The Trust, as a result of their involvement in taking on day to day management of the North East Suffolk Managed Workspace Development, were likely to incur additional one off set up costs during this financial year, and it was proposed that additional sponsorship be provided to assist towards these costs.
RECOMMENDED
That a one off additional sponsorship of £1,625 be provided to the Lowestoft Enterprise Trust for 1998/99, to be met from the Business Link budget.
