V26-1448 : 23 HARVEST DRIVE, SOUTH LOWESTOFT INDUSTRIAL ESTATE
The report of the Director of Central Services outlined a request from Acoustic Dimensions, who let the above industrial unit for a three year term from November 1998, to surrender the lease. The company were looking for smaller premises, as the amount of business available could no longer support their financial commitment.
RECOMMENDED
That Acoustic Dimensions be allowed to surrender the lease of 23 Harvest Drive, South Lowestoft Industrial Estate, from a date to be agreed.
