PART TIME CLERICAL ASSISTANT, RECORDS SECTION

The report of the Chief Executive sought authorisation to advertise and fill the post of part time Clerical Assistant in the Records Section which had recently become vacant. The post was essential to the effective operation of the records/filing service of the department, and was a 20 hour contracted position graded at Scale 1/2.

RECOMMENDED

That Post SA404, Part Time Clerical Assistant, Chief Executive's Department, be advertised and filled.
