V26-1432 : STAFF ATTITUDE SURVEY

The report of the Director of Central Services included a detailed summary of the responses given in a staff attitude survey conducted last autumn as a follow up to the exercise carried out by the external auditors in 1995.

The summary also reported how Corporate and Departmental Management Teams were proposing to deal with the issues raised.

RECOMMENDED

1. That the results of the second staff attitude survey be received.

2. That the actions proposed by Corporate and Departmental Management Teams be supported, and that a further report be made in due course on their effectiveness.
