TREATMENT CENTRE, ACCESS ROAD AND NEW ROUNDABOUT ON THE A12

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control reminded members that a special meeting of this Committee was to be held at the Town Hall, Lowestoft on 23 March 1999, to consider the above application.

The Director recommended that a site meeting should first take place to enable members to view the application site and the other sites which had been considered in relation to this proposal. The site meeting had been arranged for 23 March 1999, and a coach would leave the Town Hall at 2pm.
RESOLVED

That a site visit be held to view alternate sites proposed for the Lowestoft Waste Water Treatment Centre, and that attendance be authorised as an approved duty.
