V26-1403 : CARAVAN SITE, CLARKES LANE, ILKETSHALL ST ANDREW
W1543/5 - UNAUTHORISED TIPPING
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that the above was an area of land adjacent to a property known as "Witton" and a part of Blacksmiths Common, although it was in private ownership.
An amount of unauthorised tipping had taken place consisting of domestic machine waste, sacks of rubbish, garden waste and other ancillary items. The site entrance had been blocked off by the dumping of conifer tree cuttings, and the site was very untidy and visually detrimental to the area.
RESOLVED
That the Chief Executive be authorised to take all necessary enforcement action to ensure the removal of all unauthorised material and rubbish at the Caravan Site, Clarkes Lane, Ilketshall St Andrew.
The meeting was concluded at 7.40 pm.
