Application for conversion of communal facilities into two disabled persons bungalows.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that the above former community unit was previously used in connection with the adjacent special needs housing at Hollingsworth Court. It was now proposed to convert the unit to provide two self- contained disabled persons bungalows. External alterations included the erection of two entrance canopies, and each bungalow would have its own garden and one car parking space, accessed from Montgomery Avenue. The site would be enhanced with new boundary treatment, and no objections had been received. The Director recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4(5) of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976 planning permission be granted to application W9168/3.
