V26-1379 : STAFFING CHANGES - WAVENEY SPORTS AND LEISURE CENTRE

The report of the Director of Waveney Contract Services sought authority for the holder of Post CS323, Clerical Assistant, to move to part-time afternoon employment, and consequently the holder of Post CS324, Part-time Clerical Assistant, to increase her contracted morning hours from 15 to 20.

This would result in a saving to the Department of £3,500 per annum at mid point scale, and would provide all day cover.

RESOLVED

1. That Post CS323, Clerical Assistant be re-designed part-time at 20 hours per week (.54) with effect from 1 April 1999.

2. That the hours of Post CS324, part-time Clerical Assistant be increased to 20 hours per week (.54) with effect from 1 April 1999.
