V26-136 : TRANSFER APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee resolved that a transfer application where the property was in need of decoration be refused as following representation the Council's Medical Advisor had not awarded extra medical priority points. The Director of Housing and Environmental Services was asked to inform the applicants of the service provided by Aid and Assist. (Para.3)
