V26-135 : TRANSFER APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee resolved that a transfer application be approved in view of neighbour nuisance. Members asked that the Director of Housing and Environmental Services give serious consideration as to who next should be located in the property about to be vacated. (Para.3)
