V26-1341 : NORMANSTON DRIVE / ROTTERDAM ROAD, LOWESTOFT

PROPOSED EXTENSION OF CYCLE LANE

The report of the Director of Community Services proposed the extension of the cycle lane on Normanston Drive to Rotterdam Road, Lowestoft, across the grassed area in front of 2 to 10 Normanston Drive.

The land in question was Housing Revenue Account land, but it was considered that the proposal would not adversely affect the area.

RESOLVED

That the responsibility for the land required in the extension to the cycle track from Normanston Drive to Rotterdam Road, Lowestoft, be transferred to the Community Services Committee, with its Department responsible for construction and subsequent maintenance.
