V26-134 : TRANSFER APPLICATION / WAVENEY COUNSELLING SERVICE
The Sub-Committee considered and approved a report combining the two issues, where a tenant's harassment problems could be assisted by a transfer, freeing the property for the expansion of the Waveney Counselling Service on terms and conditions similar to their existing lease. (Para.3)
