V26-127 : RIGHT TO REPAIR REGULATIONS - TENANT SATISFACTION SURVEY
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services reminded members that under the Right to Repair Regulations there was a requirement placed on the Council to issue a copy of a repair notice to the tenant informing them of the number of days in which a repair would be carried out. At the time of sending the repair notices it was decided to carry out a tenant satisfaction survey giving tenants the opportunity to let the Department know if, for any reason, the tenant was not satisfied with the work carried out. The Committee considered a summary relating to the survey for the year ended March 1998. RESOLVED
That the encouraging results of the Right to Repair Regulations Tenant Satisfaction Survey be noted.
