V26-126 : PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE 1997/98 TENANT SATISFACTION SURVEY
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services related to Programmed Groups 26, 28, 29 and 13. The tenants who were not satisfied had been revisited and had the defective work rectified.
Ward members asked the Director of Waveney Contract Services to relay their thanks to the workmen who had recently attended to a number of carpentry jobs at the Whitton Estate Hall.
RESOLVED
That the Tenant Satisfaction Survey in respect of programmed maintenance work be continued and monitored by report to each cycle of meetings.
