V26-1249 : EXTERNAL AUDITOR'S MANAGEMENT LETTER 1998
The Chairman welcomed Rob Bennett from PriceWaterhouseCoopers to the meeting, to present details of their Management Letter for 1998. A copy of the Management Letter had been circulated to members which summarised those matters which had arisen during the course of the Annual Audit.
A revised copy of the Annual Statement of Accounts was also circulated at the meeting, which contained the Audit Opinion.
RESOLVED
That the External Auditor's Report and Management Letter be received.
