V26-1245 : FORMER BARBER RICHMORE SITE, RIVERSIDE ROAD, LOWESTOFT
The Sub-Committee recommended that the Council's half hectare landholding off Riverside Road, Lowestoft, be disposed into the English Partnership redevelopment of the site should it proceed, and that the Director of Central Services be authorised to finalise negotiations on the transfer terms. It was also agreed that officers assist the Excelsior Trust in the search for an alternative location for their operation. (Para 7)
