V26-1216 : LAND ADJACENT WINDSOR ROAD/GROSVENOR ROAD, LOWESTOFT

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control concerned an area of open unadopted land at the western end of Windsor Road and Grosvenor Road which was within the ownership of the Kirkley Poors Trust.

For some considerable time a number of unroadworthy vehicles and other rubbish had been placed on the land. This was detracting from the amenity of the adjacent residential area, which was also a Conservation Area. It was essential that the area remained in a tidy state and that the vehicles and rubbish were removed.

RESOLVED

That the Chief Executive be authorised to take all necessary action to ensure removal of motor vehicles and rubbish sited at the western end of Windsor Road and Grosvenor Road, Lowestoft.
