Application for two storey extension.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that an objection had been received to the above application concerning loss of privacy from increased windows and potential noise and disturbance from building work. The proposal was to replace an existing ground floor extension with a two storey side extension to provide extra accommodation for a large family. The extension was not considered to be detrimental to the street scene, and would have no adverse impact on the neighbouring property. The Director recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4(5) of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976 planning permission be granted to application W17211.
