Application for change of use from agricultural land to domestic curtilage.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that the above proposal had been scaled down from the original and the area deleted from the application would be planted with fruit trees. Objections had been received on the basis that approval may lead to residential development of the site, however current local plan policy ruled out this possibility.

The Director recommended approval subject to removal of permitted development rights.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W17205, subject to removal of permitted development rights.
