RESOLVED

That the meeting do adjourn until the conclusion of the meeting of the Policy and Resources Committee.

MINUTES OF POLICY AND RESOURCES COMMITTEE

RESOLVED

1. That Councillor Francis be elected Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year.

2. That the following members be elected to the Personnel Resources Sub-Committee:

Councillors Bostock, R. Carter, T. Carter, Crisp, Gower, Lewars, McGee, Robertson and Rose.

3. That the following members be elected to the Finance and Land Resources Sub- Committee:

Councillors Bee, Bostock, Crisp, Francis, Gower, Hinton, Hunter, Ley and McGee.

4. That the following members be elected to the Economic Development Sub-Committee:

Councillors Bee, Bostock, T. Carter, Crisp, Francis, Gouldby, Holzer, Kelly and Robertson.

5. That the following members be elected to the Millennium Sub-Committee:

Councillors Hinton, Holzer, Keable, Rose and Stewart.

6. That this meeting do stand adjourned until Thursday, 11 June 1998.
