Application for first floor extension.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed the above application for a large first floor extension over an existing ground floor extension at the rear of a semi- detached property. The extension would be situated immediately to the south of the neighbour's rear windows and gardens. The immediate neighbour had no objection, but the effect on his property was unacceptable in planning terms. The Director reported that an application could be submitted in the future for both houses to have similar extensions, which could be looked upon in a different light.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be refused to application W16911/1.
