Application for construction of one dwelling.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control concerned a proposal to extend development up to the edge of the Broads Authority area at the above site. Two objections had been received concerning loss of character and impact on landscape. A previous application had been dismissed in 1989 on the grounds that vehicular access was too narrow. This had now been increased, and the recommendation of the Director was for approval subject to retention of hedge and trees and removal of permitted development rights.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W12926/11, subject to retention of hedges and trees bordering Broads Authority land, and the removal of permitted development rights.
