V26-1147 : REVENUE BUDGET 1999/2000 - HOUSING GENERAL FUND
The report of the Director of Central Services presented the draft revenue budget for the Committee's General Fund services. The 1998/1999 revised budget showed a saving of £131k from the original budget for that year. The 1999/2000 budget showed a saving of £7k on the 1998/1999 original budget figures.
The Committee also reviewed grant provisions and fees and charges levels for 1999/2000. The grant to the Threshold Trust, Beccles, was reserved pending receipt of their application, and the grant to Waveney Women's Aid would be financed from the Social Housing Fund. RESOLVED
1. That the revised 1998/1999 budget for the Housing and Environmental Services Committee's services be approved.
2. That the draft 1999/2000 budget for the Housing and Environmental Services Committee's services be approved for adoption by Policy and Resources Committee. 3. That the following grants and donations to outside bodies be approved, and a one off grant of £500 be made to Relate to maintain their rural service at Halesworth. Elderly People's Clubs:
