V26-1142 : LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT HOUSE LICENCE - SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN,
BRIDGE ROAD, OULTON BROAD
The Chief Executive reported that the Development Control Committee at its meeting on 16 December 1998 had approved an amendment to the planning conditions of the above to extend the opening hours to 2.00am on the mornings following Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
Members were asked to consider allowing the Late Night Refreshment House Licence to be brought into line with the closing hours granted for these two nights. The Police had raised an objection to the proposed extension in view of the anticipated disturbance. The Director of Housing and Environmental Services raised no objection subject to the permission being restricted to 25 December 1998 and 1 January 1999 only. RESOLVED
That the Late Night Refreshment House Licence for Southern Fried Chicken, Bridge Road, Oulton Broad, be varied to allow opening hours to 2.00am on 25 December 1998 and 1 January 1999 only.
