V26-1137 : WATER METER REQUEST
The Sub-Committee refused a request for a Water Meter from a disabled tenant, under pensionable age, of a one-bed recess bungalow, in accordance with existing policy, as it was considered there were no exceptional circumstances. (Para.3)
